Holland, Mich. - Host Hope outscored DePauw, 6-0, in the fourth quarter and topped the Tigers by an 11-8 score. DePauw dropped to 3-4 with the loss, while the Flying Dutch improved to 5-1.
Hope knotted the contest at 5-5 before Jorgensen broke the tie and Ben Davis added a pair to give the Tigers an 8-5 advantage as the teams headed to the fourth.
The Flying Dutch's Andrew Pavey scored four times in the fourth to lead the way as Hope pulled away in the closing minutes.
Jorgensen led DePauw with three goals, while Davis added two. Pavey paced Hope with five goals and Rocco Mularoni added four.
Charlie Robson recorded 17 saves for the Tigers, while Hope's Nick Schanhals had 10.
Each team had 29 ground balls with Matthew Braun leading the Tigers with four and Josh Blackburn pacing the Flying Dutch with five. Braun won 11 of 22 faceoffs, while Kyle Gaines was 7 of 14 for Hope and Marshall Van Belkum 4 of 8.
DePauw hosts Kenyon on Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
