Terre Haute, Ind. - In a game which featured just seven shots on goal, 18th-ranked DePauw and Rose-Hulman battled to a 0-0 tie. The Tigers are now 4-0-1 on the season, while the Engineers are 1-2-2.
DePauw held an 8-1 shots advantage in the opening half but couldn't find the back of the net as Rose-Hulman goalkeeper Drew Miller totaled four saves over the opening 45 minutes.
The Tigers managed just five shots over the final 65 minutes and the contest ended in a draw after two overtime sessions.
DePauw outshot Rose-Hulman 12-7 including a 5-2 margin in shots on goal. The Tigers also held an 11-8 edge in corners.
Miller totaled five saves for the Engineers, while Tony Halterman finished with two in recording his third shutout of the week.
The Tigers host Hanover on Wednesday, September 12, at 7 p.m.
