West Lafayette, Ind. - Led by Polo Burguete's fourth-place finish, DePauw finished fourth at the Indiana Little State Championships hosted by Purdue. The Tigers totaled 102 points with Wabash winning with 51 followed by Indianapolis with 88 and Wabash with 97.
Wabash's Dominic Patacsil was the top individual in 25:39.0.
"We hoped to finish higher than what we did," DePauw head coach Kori Stoffregen said.
"We weren't very consistent across the squad. However, it's early and we have time to fix that."
The Tigers will host the alumni meet on Saturday, September 23 before returning to action on September 30 at the Greater Louisville Classic.
