Tigers Extend Win Streak to 12; Open NCAC Play with Win

Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw not only extended its win streak to 12, but it opened the North Coast Athletic Conference season as well as the Tigers swept Oberlin and Franklin by 3-0 scores.

The Tigers blanked Oberlin by scores of 25-22, 25-16 and 25-14 as Elizabeth Wilson led the way with nine kills and five assisted blocks. Faith Rolwes totaled 33 assists with Keely McGrath and Rachael Lenderman each recording 11 digs. The Tigers also totaled nine aces in the math led by two each from Lenderman, Rolwes and Wilson.

DePauw wasted little time in taking care of Franklin as the Tigers won by scores of 25-4, 25-15 and 25-18. Lauren Falotico paced DePauw with nine kills with Rolwes leading with 34 assists. Lenderman had three of DePauw's nine aces with Wilson leading the way with seven blocks (1 solo, 6 assist). DePauw hit .319 for the match.

The Tigers, now 12-1. travel to Indianapolis on Thursday to face Marian University.
