Columbus, Ohio -- DePauw was held scoreless for the second time in two days on Saturday, falling to Capital 2-0 to move to 0-3 to start the year.
Capital scored early in the first half and late in the second for their two goals.
Jordan Fike scored at the 15:14 mark after beating her defender on the left side of the field. Later, Caelyn Reineke scored on a breakaway off an assist from Chloe Brown at 84:11.
Capital outshot the Tigers 10-1. DePauw's lone shot came at the 67' mark, which was a Bridget Brendza header that was saved by the keeper.
Natalie Sheeks played the game in net and recorded five saves. She is now 0-2 on the season.
Next up, DePauw will head to Rose-Hulman for a Thursday night matchup at 7 p.m.
